GENERATE one of our Ferrari5 workouts that fit your individual needs in less than 10 seconds. Whether you workout at a large gym with tons of equipment or only have a few dumbbells at home, we have a workout for you.

Do you think you have what it takes to design a workout like our pros?

CREATE a workout from scratch using your fitness knowledge and our extensive exercise database. Choose up to 10 exercises and assign how many sets and reps should be performed for each exercise. Give your workout a unique name, upload a workout photo, and provide a brief description so that other users know what to expect.

The next step is to assign your Ferrari5 tags which help other users quickly identify a workout that fits their needs. Ferrari5 tags are the 5 most important workout factors:
